Chest, Heart and Stroke Scotland are looking for volunteers in Dundee. Our rehabilitation support volunteers work with people who have difficulties with communication and/or need support with everyday activities following a stroke. They provide invaluable support to re-establish the skills needed for everyday conversations and activities.

The volunteering role could take place:

 in a community setting
 in a hospital
 in the person’s home

Volunteers usually volunteer for 1-2 hours per week either one-to-one or as part of a small group

Excellent training and ongoing support are provided to all our volunteers. CHSS will be offering training for new volunteers in Tayside within the next few months.
