Hayley Jeffrey is one of our Volunteer of The Year finalists nominated for her mentoring support and skills dedicated to Tayside Council on Alcohol.

Hayley has been volunteering with TCA from 2017 and since then she has been matched up with, and changed the lives of two young people! Her dedication and commitment to the organisation is also reflected through her ability to meet with her matches every week for a year, despite working in a demanding full-time job. Hayley is an excellent finalist, as she has contributed to the organisation by helping those who she has mentored have amazing outcomes, and even inspired other mentors to be positive role models.

Through her hard work, Hayley has boosted the confidence of her mentees, improved their communication skills and given them advice on making positive choices. Hayley is recognised as a great asset to TCA and is now going onto her third match with the organisation!
