SAED IT (pronounced said it) was created to support teenage children and adults with additional support needs and Autism who are affected by, social difficulties, sensory difficulties, require healthy eating awareness or who may wish to be more independent and have more opportunities in life. They may find joining a group or going to places more difficult, have friendship difficulties, or have difficulties coping with change and trying new experiences.

SAED IT Group Volunteers – 2 Posts

• Children/Young Group Worker (Evening work)
• Adult Group Worker (Tuesday – morning)

Volunteers are required to work with children/ young people or adults with additional needs and Autism. This is a very rewarding role and we are looking for volunteers who have an interest in health and well-being of people with additional support needs and Autism in small focussed group work. You will be required to undergo an Enhanced Disclosure Check for this post. Hours vary from 1-2 hours per week for this post. Flexible Monday – Friday

Treasurer

The volunteer Treasurer role will be supporting establishing the business in all areas of finance, from accounting, petty cash and week to week book keeping to reporting to the committee management team and end of year accounts. This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in supporting an exciting new small enterprise in the Dundee Area. An Enhanced Disclosure is required for this position.
