Volunteers Week is our opportunity to give everyone a glimpse into the world of volunteering. Dundee Community Transport normally provides affordable and accessible transport are on hold at the moment but they have been reaching out to those who would normally use their services to make sure they have essential supplies
Dundee Community Transport & Volunteers Week 2020
Here at Dundee Volunteer and Voluntary Action we have around 300 volunteers of our own who help in about 20 different roles.Too many to mention but include on our Board, Committees and Networks, Award Assessors, Youth Volunteers and of course more recently Community Response volunteers and others helping at the local Community Hubs.
We sent each of our volunteers a Thank You card signed by our Chief Executive. Mostly by email but posted where necessary. The card was one of the resources available to organisations from the Volunteers Week Scotland website.
